Easy Ways to Get Healthy
Make smart choices when shopping for groceries. Making good decisions when obtaining food means that you’ll be able to eat nutritious meals without a lot of effort. Think for a minute: you don’t want to go to a busy grocery store or sit in a long line at the drive thru at the end of your day. You’re going to go home and make what you have on hand. Your house should be stocked with healthy foods and ingredients. This way-even if you choose something a little greasy or not as good for you as it could be, you’re still selecting foods that are better for you than you would get at the local diner or fast food drive through window.
Walk up the stairs. Rather than using an elevator, climb up the stairs to the floor you live or work on. Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a fantastic way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? Most people will decide to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.
Water is the most effective beverage out there. Soda and coffee, when consumed in moderation, aren’t that bad. Using them for your only source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body’s health and allows it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.
There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also critical. Don’t ignore that health isn’t only about just how much you weigh. You need to help to make your body as strong it can be.

He is working the night shift at a grocery store…not surprised. And the stupid AWWW YEAAAAH TAKING SOMEONE ELSE’S DRUGS meme. What a cunt.
They do this for pedestrian and bicycle safety. Besides with the way people drive I would be more likely to get a body cast than a quarter pounder with cheese if I attempted to walk up to a drive thru window.

1. if you dont like veggies try a multi-vitamin called ALIVE whole food energizer. it actually is veggies and vitamins. you still shuld try to eat whole veggies though.
2. Chicken is okay but try to stay away from the red meats. and try eating like a salad or peice of fruit instead of the rice.
3. fruit punch is not good. its fulllll of sugar and stuff thats not to good for you. milk is good but try not to drink to much.
Smart choices lunches and dinners are okay but make sure they are not loaded with sodium. usually one dinner has half the amount of sodium your supposed to have in one day. so be careful and choose wisely.
4. have a peice of fruit or a breakfest bar like special k.
5. yes they are okay. but not great. try fruit !
i love the special k bars and they are only 90 calories each! take a multi-vitamin everyday at bed time. and get active. do at least 40-45 mins of cardio a day !
